At Artwear online we trust you will be 100% satisfied with your purchases.

Should there be any problems please  contact our returns department 
and we shall be happy to advise you. 

 
We can accept returns and exchanges of unworn items with the original receipt and tags still attached,         
for up to 14 days after the original purchase  .... On items from our Ready to Wear collections.

Returns will be refunded in the method of original payment.  

Sale merchandise may be exchanged only.  

Please Note .... Couture or Bespoke items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Upon contacting us we will e mail you a Return / Exchange Form 
Please enclose it with the item in its original packaging (when possible) 
and use the shipping label to ensure correct delivery.

When exchanging items, be sure to indicate the replacement item,
including the style number, color, and size. 

All Packages must be shipped Pre-paid
We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
